How to Manage Customers

Overview

The Content Vault app allows you to view and manage customer subscriptions directly from the Customers section. From here, you can track customer details, subscription status, billing history, and any related notes.

Step 1: Access the Customers Section

  1. Navigate to the Customers section from the sidebar.
  2. A list of all customers who have subscribed to your content will be displayed.
  3. Click on a customer’s name to view their details.

Step 2: Viewing Customer Information

Once you select a customer, you will see an overview of their subscription history, including:

  • Subscription Status – Active, Paused, or Cancelled.
  • Subscription Duration – Start and end dates of their subscription.
  • Billing Frequency – Weekly, monthly, or custom billing interval.
  • Lifetime Spend – Total amount the customer has paid for subscriptions.
  • Billing Information – Includes order number, billing date, payment status, and total amount.
  • Customer Contact Information – View the customer’s email and profile.
  • Sent Emails – Track which emails have been sent to this customer.
  • Notes Section – Add internal notes about the customer for reference.

Step 3: Managing a Customer’s Subscription

At the top right of the customer details page, you will find the Pause Subscription and Cancel Subscription buttons. Use these to update the customer’s subscription status as needed.

From the customer details page, you can:

  1. Pause or Cancel a Subscription – Click the appropriate button in the top right hand corner to update their subscription status.
  2. View Order History – Scroll to Billing to view details of past transactions.
  3. Edit Notes – Click Edit in the Notes section to add or update customer notes.
