The Customers page gives you a complete view of everyone subscribed to your Content Vault subscriptions. From here, you can monitor subscription status, review billing history, track file activity, and take action on individual subscriptions.
Viewing All Customers
Navigate to:
Content Vault → Customers
Here you’ll see a list of all customers who have an active, paused, or cancelled subscription.
Each row includes:
- Customer – Email or customer name
- Subscription – The subscription they’re enrolled in
- Status – Active, Paused, or Cancelled
- Start Date – When the subscription began
- Next Billing Date – Upcoming renewal date (if applicable)
- Last Payment – Status of the most recent charge

Searching, Sorting, and Filtering Customers
To quickly find specific customers, you can:
- Search by email or subscription name
- Sort by:
- Customer name
- Status
- Start date

- Filter by:
- Subscription status (Active, Paused, Cancelled)

These tools are especially useful once you have a large subscriber base.
Viewing a Customer’s Subscription Details
Click on any customer to open their subscription details page.
This view gives you a full breakdown of the customer’s subscription activity.
Subscription Overview
At the top, you’ll see:
- Subscription status (Active, Paused, Cancelled)
- Next renewal or pause date
- Lifetime spend
- Billing frequency
- Subscription duration

Managing Subscription Status
From the customer detail page, you can take action depending on the current status:
If the subscription is Active
- Pause Subscription – Temporarily stop billing and access
- Cancel Subscription – End the subscription completely
If the subscription is Paused
- Reactivate Subscription – Resume billing and access immediately
These actions take effect right away and are reflected in the customer’s access and billing schedule.

Billing History
The Billing section shows all charges related to the subscription, including:
- Order number (linked to Shopify)
- Billing date
- Payment status (Success / Failed)
- Charge amount
This helps you quickly audit payments or troubleshoot billing issues.

Billing Cycles
The Billing Cycles panel shows:
- Past, current, and upcoming billing dates
- Which cycle is next
This is especially useful for subscriptions with frequent renewals or custom billing intervals.

File Activity (If Applicable)
For subscriptions that allow file downloads, you’ll also see a Files Activity section.
This shows:
- File name
- File size
- Number of times each file has been downloaded
This is helpful for monitoring usage, especially for Content Pass or download-limited subscriptions.

Sent Emails
The Sent Emails section logs all automated emails sent to the customer, such as:
- Welcome emails
- Content notifications
- Pause or cancellation confirmations
You can:
- View each email
- Resend emails if needed
