How Content Vault Pricing Works
Each plan has two types of costs:
Monthly Base Fee
This is the fixed amount you pay each month for access to the plan and its features.
Transaction Fee
A small percentage plus a flat fee is charged on each subscription renewal processed through Content Vault.
This fee only applies when a subscription payment is successfully processed.
Example
Suppose your plan costs $10/month and includes a 1% + $0.10 transaction fee, and you have 100 subscribers each paying $5/month.
Each time a subscriber renews:
1% of $5 = $0.05
Flat fee = $0.10
Total transaction fee per renewal = $0.15
If 100 subscribers renew:
100 × $0.15 = $15 in transaction fees
Add your monthly base fee:
$10 base fee + $15 transaction fees = $25 total monthly cost

You can upgrade your plan at any time as your business grows.
What Happens if I Exceed My Storage Limit?
If your account exceeds the storage limit included in your plan, you will simply need to upgrade to the next tier to continue uploading additional files.
Upgrading your plan immediately increases your available storage and unlocks the additional features included in that plan.
Your existing files, subscribers, and subscriptions will continue working normally.
Can I Change or Cancel My Plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time directly from the billing page inside Content Vault.
Changing plans does not affect your existing subscribers or content access. Your subscriptions will continue operating normally while your new plan takes effect.
Billing Details
- All charges are billed in USD
- Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days
- Transaction fees are applied when a new subscription is created or renewals occur
