How does Content Vault pricing work?
Content Vault offers flexible pricing designed to scale with your business as your content library and subscriber base grow. Each plan includes a combination of storage, features, and transaction fees to support digital content delivery and subscriptions.
How Content Vault Pricing Works
Each plan has two types of costs:
Monthly Base Fee
This is the fixed amount you pay each month for access to the plan and its features.
Transaction Fee
A small percentage plus a flat fee is charged on every subscription payment processed through Content Vault, including the first order.
This fee only applies when a subscription payment is successfully processed.
Example
Suppose you are on the Starter plan, which costs $29/month and includes a 1.95% + $0.15 transaction fee. You have 100 subscribers, each paying $20/month.
Each time a subscriber renews:
1.95% of $20 = $0.39
Flat fee = $0.15
Total transaction fee per renewal = $0.54
If 100 subscribers renew:
100 × $0.54 = $54 in transaction fees
Add your monthly base fee:
$29 base fee + $54 transaction fees = $83 total monthly cost

Starter
Ideal for creators with a growing library who want additional security features like PDF stamping and fraud protection.

You can upgrade your plan at any time as your business grows.
What Happens if I Exceed My Storage Limit?
Content Vault emails you when you reach 80% of your plan’s storage. The Storage Usage card on the app’s Home and Analytics pages shows how much you’ve used. At the limit, new uploads are blocked, but the files you’ve already uploaded keep working, so your subscribers can still download them.
If your account exceeds the storage limit included in your plan, you will need to upgrade to the next tier, or contact us about a custom plan, to continue uploading additional files.
Upgrading your plan immediately increases your available storage and unlocks the additional features included in that plan.
Your existing files, subscribers, and subscriptions will continue working normally.
Can I Change My Plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Plans page inside Content Vault.
