Content Vault automatically sends transactional emails to your customers at key moments — such as when they subscribe, receive new content, experience a failed payment, or when their subscription status changes.
All of these emails can be fully customized so they match your brand, tone, and messaging.
Where to Find Email Templates
You can manage all email templates from:
Content Vault → Settings → Email Templates
Templates are grouped by subscription type and event, making it easy to find exactly what you want to customize.

Editing an Email Template
To customize a template:

Once saved, the customized version is used immediately for all future emails.

Restoring the Default Template
If you want to revert to Content Vault’s original messaging:
- Click Restore default template next to the email
- Confirm the reset
This replaces your custom content with the default version.
Custom Email Sender (Optional)
By default, Content Vault sends emails using our system sender. You can optionally configure a custom email sender to send emails from your own domain.
This helps with:
- Brand consistency
- Better deliverability
- Customer trust (emails come from your domain)
You can configure this in:
Content Vault → Settings → Custom Email Settings
